What are the requirements to become a Partner Employer?

The following are the conditions to becoming a Partner Employer, also known as registered employer of MIB. 
  1. Company or organisation must have a minimum of 20 employees (In case the numbers of employees is below 20, then the employer should transfer all the salary accounts to MIB). This policy does not apply to government companies/offices).
  2. Minimum 33% of the employees must be locals.
  3. Employer must have a dedicated HR/Administrative Department.
  4. Must be in operation for a minimum period of two years (This does not apply to government companies/offices).
